Shipping costs

All shipping costs in euros including 19% VAT for deliveries within Germany. They depend on the weight and box size of each parcel and on the delivery address. For deliveries to another country the VAT rate of the country of destination applies; the gross amount is calculated accordingly in the checkout and shown before you place the order.

Within Germany (including the islands) we ship complete exhaust systems at a fixed price of €185.00 per exhaust system and complete gearboxes at a fixed price of €249.00 per gearbox by freight forwarder; other items in the order are charged as parcels as usual. Delivery of these items outside Germany is available on request only – we will gladly send you a quote including freight.

The delivery time is stated for each item and applies to deliveries within Germany; for deliveries to other countries the transit time of the chosen shipping method shown at checkout is added. It begins on the day after receipt of payment for prepayment, otherwise on the day after conclusion of the contract (Terms § 6). For several items the longest delivery time applies.

We deliver to the countries listed with the shipping rates above (except embargoed and blocked territories). Where deliveries outside the EU VAT area are offered – third countries and special territories such as the Canary Islands, Åland or Heligoland – they are made without German VAT on DAP terms: customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees are borne by the recipient. Deliveries to Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) require a goods value above £135 per consignment. Complete exhaust systems and gearboxes are shipped outside Germany on request only (freight forwarding).

Returns

The buyer bears the cost of returning goods – in the event of withdrawal, exchange or a goodwill return, including freight items. This does not apply to defective or incorrectly delivered goods: in that case we cover the return. Details on withdrawal
